1. Returns & Refunds Overview
At Caroline Crewe Designs, we take pride in our handmade creations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue. This policy explains when refunds and returns are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:
✅ Non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Items that arrive damaged or faulty (including personalized items).
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Personalized or custom-made items, unless faulty.
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
3. How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Contact us at enquiries@carolinecrewedesigns.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your name and order number and details of the issue. Please send photos of the issue to the above email address.
3️⃣ If approved, return the item in its original packaging to the address provided.
4. Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective.
5. International Orders (USA, EU & Rest of World)
- EU customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt.
- USA & other international customers: Returns are accepted for faulty items only.
- Customs fees & import taxes are non-refundable.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please:
📸 Send photos of the issue to carolinecrewedesigns.co.uk within 48 hours.
📦 We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
