4. Processing, Shipping & Delivery
- All items sold by Caroline Crewe Designs are handmade in the UK.
- Most products are made to order, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
- Each item requires a processing time, which is clearly outlined on the product page.
- Processing time refers to the creation period before dispatch and does not include delivery time.
- We normally ship within the UK using Royal Mail but reserve the right to use other couriers as required.
- Estimated delivery times: 3-5 business days after shipping or as stated in the product listing.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
5. Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return (excluding personalised and custom-made items).
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
